Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

We had a mini reunion of sorts the other evening with a group of ladies who have known each other practically since elementary school. Somehow I missed the memo that there was a main meal to be served at this event and made and ate dinner with my own family before attending. So it turned out that I ate pizza for supper and pizza (dessert variety) again once I was there. Nothing wrong with that! : )

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza: (one of my own recipes)
Pizza Dough:
1 packet of rapid rise yeast
1 cup hot water
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Salt
2 1/2 cups Flour

Pizza Toppings:
Ranch dressing
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Chicken, cooked and chopped
Mozzerella Cheese
Cheddar Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix Yeast and Hot Water and let set for 5 minutes
3. Add in remaining dough ingredients, mix
4. Let rest for anywhere from zero to thirty minutes depending on how much time you have. The length of time will simply impact the fluffiness of the dough.
5. Coat your pizza pan with Olive Oil or Pam Spray
6. Spread dough out and top with a layer of ranch dressing. The amount is up to you.
7. Spread your Bacon and Chicken on top of the dressing
8. Top with cheeses
9. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees
10. Serve with Ranch Dressing on the side for dipping

Brownie Pizza - made by Rose
Brownie Pizza:
1 package fudgy brownie mix
1 package/ 8oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
1 can Crushed Pineapple
2 cups Strawberries
Cool Whip
Pecans
Chocolate Syrup

1. Follow Brownie Mix according to directions on box
2. Cook in whatever container fits your needs - here she used a square pan, but to get the pizza feel use large baking sheet with edges
3. Once the "pizza" has cooled, combine the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and beat with a mixer until combined
4. Spread onto the brownie
5. Top with the pineapple and strawberries
6. Coat with the cool whip
7. Decorate with the Pecans and Chocolate Syrup
8. Keep in fridge till ready to serve
